Have you ever lost someone you loved and all you wanted to do was hear their voice? I have. Twice in the span of six months. Thank goodness I had countless portraits of them to pour over after they were gone. But what I wanted more than anything was their voice. 

In the fall of 2020 I had a client reach out to me with a wish. She was 72, retired and loving her life. She wanted a portrait session to celebrate all she was doing and she is still living her best life! And she wanted a video to share with her family long after she was gone. The video she is a surprise for her children. They have no idea of the wonderful stories awaiting them on thumb dries and private YouTube links. We captured a heartfelt 2 hours of stories. I asked questions I knew I wanted to know from my own father. It is truly a treasure.
