Two families in two hours in Biddeford Pool, with cousins who have been together playing in long Maine summer busy days. This was the setting of our annual family shoot with the Kolbe Spencer families. Each year we have a new star of the shoot. This isn't revealed to me until I edit. This year it was little Sophie who smiled and smiled and then tanked at the end. The last portrait I captured of her she was busy telling her Dad that he had never ever given her anything. He said ih really not anything ever? And she said no not anything ever ever. An amusing conversation to listen in on. I enjoy photographing all the kids with all their different faces, expressions and moods. Henry the oldest, whom I have photographed when he was the one and only, got to my use my camera and shoot some great action shots himself. Not bad with the focus and direction either! I will post those in their gallery. Here are some of my favorites of the families.
