This is Ang's family at Higgins Beach on a Wednesday evening this summer, the first family of 3 of mini-shoots beginning at 5pm. To utilize our time together and to add variety we began with the wagon and the colorful greens of the road next to the beach. Then we moved to the beach and got photos before the little one got wet. But getting wet, sandy and messy is what a shoot at the beach is all about! It is my goal to get a variety of images on any shoot even at a mini session. The emphasis is still on candids.
This shoot, little Norah was more interested in exploring than anything else. Of course. Being photographed is an abstract concept to a baby. I go into her world when shooting, and within that we get the moments.
I can guarantee that both Angela and her daughter will appreciate these images together more and more as the years pass.
Mini session are set up for 20-30 minutes of shooting with 3 families in a row in a time slot at the same location.
The next mini session is a summer beach series in August.
Are you interested in a one of my seasonal mini-session series?
