At 6:30 in the morning I met up with Marshall Johnson on Verril Road in Pownal. Marshall had gotten up earlier that morning and biked to meet me for a photo shoot to help promote his next ride 253 for the AMC. Marshall has always liked to ride bikes and has now taken it up many notches for some serious cycling and to raise awareness of Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita. On Thursday September 20th Marshall and several of his friends will head out on a 3 day, 253 mile ride from Portland Maine.
